What You'll Do
- Perform professional pool maintenance and water chemistry balancing at residential properties
- Log every service visit in the BlueLux Technician App (checklist, chemistry, photos)
- Follow BlueLux Service Standards for quality, safety, and presentation
- Assist in route coverage, training, and leadership as the company grows
What We're Looking For
Requirements
- • 1+ years of residential pool service experience (CPO or contractor license a plus)
- • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent, high-quality work
- • Professional communication and customer-facing demeanor
- • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- • Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
- • Smartphone required for job logging; all chemicals supplied by BlueLux
Compensation & Incentives
Our technicians earn strong income through per-pool payments, bonuses, and growth incentives
Base Rate
$15 net/pool
($20 gross - $5 service fee)
Tiered growth to $18/pool based on tenure and performance
Bonus Programs
• Quality: $100/month (100% compliance)
• Safety: $250/quarter (zero incidents)
• Retention: $50 per 12-month customer
• Referrals: $100 per new customer/tech
• Upsells: 15% commission on chemicals
• Tenure: $250 @ 6mo, $250 @ 12mo, $500 @ 24mo
