What You'll Do

  • Perform professional pool maintenance and water chemistry balancing at residential properties
  • Log every service visit in the BlueLux Technician App (checklist, chemistry, photos)
  • Follow BlueLux Service Standards for quality, safety, and presentation
  • Assist in route coverage, training, and leadership as the company grows

What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • • 1+ years of residential pool service experience (CPO or contractor license a plus)
  • • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent, high-quality work
  • • Professional communication and customer-facing demeanor
  • • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • • Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
  • • Smartphone required for job logging; all chemicals supplied by BlueLux

Compensation & Incentives

Our technicians earn strong income through per-pool payments, bonuses, and growth incentives

Base Rate

$15 net/pool

($20 gross - $5 service fee)

Tiered growth to $18/pool based on tenure and performance

Bonus Programs

Quality: $100/month (100% compliance)

Safety: $250/quarter (zero incidents)

Retention: $50 per 12-month customer

Referrals: $100 per new customer/tech

Upsells: 15% commission on chemicals

Tenure: $250 @ 6mo, $250 @ 12mo, $500 @ 24mo
