Pool Technician (W-2)
We're hiring reliable technicians to service residential pools across North County San Diego.
$20 to $24 per hour, plus performance bonuses

What the role involves
Service residential pools on a consistent weekly route.
Test and balance water chemistry, clean baskets and filters, and document each visit with photos.
Communicate clearly with homeowners and the BlueLux office.
What we look for
Reliable, on-time, and detail-oriented.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Pool experience is a plus, not a requirement.
