How much does pool equipment repair cost?

Diagnostic visits start at $200 (standard), $300 (same-day), or $400 (after-hours/weekend). The first 60 minutes on-site is included. Replacement labor ranges from $400 for a booster pump to $1,500+ for a heater. Major equipment is quoted and excluded from plan repair coverage regardless of cost; only eligible minor repairs can qualify under Premium or Lux thresholds.

Do I pay the dispatch fee even if you can't fix it?

Yes, the dispatch fee covers the visit and diagnosis regardless of outcome. If we can't fix it on the first visit, we credit the dispatch fee toward the eventual repair as long as you proceed within 30 days.

What brands do you service?

All major brands: Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Sta-Rite, Polaris, Dolphin, Aqua Cal, Raypak, MasterTemp, IntelliFlo, and others. Our technicians are CPO-certified and brand-trained.

How quickly can you get out for a repair?

Standard diagnostic ($200) is next business day. Same-day ($300) is today during business hours. After-hours and weekend ($400) is best-effort within 4 to 6 hours. Premium and Lux plan members get priority dispatch.

What's the warranty on repairs?

All repair labor carries a 90-day warranty. Same-issue callbacks within 90 days are covered at no labor charge. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty (typically 1 to 3 years).

Premium ($350/mo)

Eligible minor parts totaling less than $50 are included on an on-route Premium repair.

Examples include gauges, pump lids and external O-rings, check valves, sensors, and other small components BlueLux services. Major equipment and replacement filter parts and media are excluded.

Lux ($580/mo)

Eligible minor parts totaling less than $500 and the labor for that covered Lux repair are included.

Examples include check valves, actuators, temperature or flow sensors, gauges, air-relief assemblies, pump lids, and minor accessible PVC. Pumps, heaters, salt systems/cells, filter vessels, controllers/boards, cleaners, lights, blowers, complete assemblies, cartridges, grids, and media are excluded regardless of cost.
