How much does pool equipment repair cost?

Standard diagnostic visits are $200, urgent weekday visits $300, and outside-hours visits $400, subject to availability. See the replacement table for current starting labor prices. Equipment and additional work are quoted separately; qualifying plan benefits still apply.

Do I pay the dispatch fee even if you can't fix it?

The agreed diagnostic visit price covers the visit and included labor even if diagnosis does not result in a repair. Parts and extra work require approval; included labor is not billed twice.

What brands do you service?

All major brands: Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Sta-Rite, Polaris, Dolphin, Aqua Cal, Raypak, MasterTemp, IntelliFlo, and others. Our technicians are CPO-certified and brand-trained.

How quickly can you get out for a repair?

We confirm the earliest available appointment and price before dispatch. No next-day, same-day or four-hour arrival guarantee applies. Premium and Lux receive member rates; see the rate card.

What's the warranty on repairs?

BlueLux repair labor includes a 90-day limited workmanship warranty. We correct defects in our work; unrelated failures, normal wear, misuse and third-party changes are excluded. Licensed contractor work follows the workmanship terms in that contractor’s agreement. Parts and equipment follow applicable manufacturer warranties. Rights provided by law remain unaffected.

For work requiring a contractor license, your proposal identifies the appropriately licensed California contractor and CSLB license number. That work proceeds under a separate contractor agreement; BlueLux helps coordinate scheduling and follow-up.

Premium ($350/mo)

Eligible minor parts totaling less than $50 are included on an on-route Premium repair.

Examples include gauges, pump lids and external O-rings, check valves, sensors, and other small components BlueLux services. Major equipment and replacement filter parts and media are excluded.

Lux ($580/mo)

Eligible minor parts totaling less than $500 and the labor for that covered Lux repair are included.

Examples include check valves, actuators, temperature or flow sensors, gauges, air-relief assemblies, pump lids, and minor accessible PVC. Pumps, heaters, salt systems/cells, filter vessels, controllers/boards, cleaners, lights, blowers, complete assemblies, cartridges, grids, and media are excluded regardless of cost.
