BlueLux Rate Card
Prices and your Service Confirmation
All prices are in U.S. dollars and accompany the Service Agreement. Your customer-specific Service Confirmation states the property, purchased scope, final total, and any negotiated exceptions. A Service Confirmation can be a proposal, enrollment, email confirmation, onboarding summary, or another written service record from BlueLux. Government-imposed taxes are shown separately. A starting labor price is not a total installed price or permission to perform unlimited work.
Monthly property pricing
Your monthly price consists of the base plan, one pool-size adjustment when applicable, charges for each listed water feature, and no more than one property-scope adjustment. BlueLux does not charge twice for the same recurring work. A Standard Residential Pool is no more than 20,000 gallons and no more than 600 square feet of water surface. BlueLux considers both measurements. If they fall into different size categories, we price the pool using the larger category.
An attached spa that shares the pool's water and equipment is included as part of the same system. Separate pools, independently maintained spas, and swim spas require a specific quote. We classify a water feature as Standard or Enhanced according to its recurring cleaning and treatment needs, not merely because it has independent circulation. Your Service Confirmation identifies any recurring property condition and the extra work supporting a property-scope adjustment.

Each dedicated visit includes the first 60 minutes of diagnosis or repair labor. Parts are billed separately unless your plan or Service Confirmation includes them. Qualifying Lux minor repairs retain their broader included-labor benefit. Additional time or work requires approval, and BlueLux does not charge twice for included work.
A Premium customer may request a no-charge weekday check when a BlueLux technician is already working nearby and has time to stop. This check is not guaranteed and does not include an uncovered repair. If no nearby technician is available, we offer the earliest appointment and disclose any dedicated-visit charge before booking. Urgent service depends on confirmed availability.
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific, excluding the agreement's six listed holidays. The price of a fixed-price service includes its scheduled trip. For urgent work, BlueLux provides one total quote before booking and does not add a separate dispatch charge to that quoted total.
Labor, approvals and service limits
BlueLux charges one on-route labor amount based on the total approved extra time; we do not add the shorter time blocks together. Work requiring more than 60 minutes, another technician, or a return trip receives a separate quote. For a qualifying Premium repair, only labor beyond the included first 30 minutes is billable. Section 5 of the Service Agreement explains the Full plan's spending authorization and the Premium and Lux repair benefits.
Before booking a fixed-price service, we confirm its size, access, condition and material requirements. You can decline a revised scope or price before that work starts. Replacement equipment, filter parts or media, permits, disposal and other excluded items require a disclosed price and approval. The Service Agreement states the responsibilities for each service.
BlueLux can coordinate reverse-osmosis treatment with a third-party specialist. The separate quote identifies the provider, treatment scope, price, payment recipient, responsibility for the work, and any BlueLux coordination fee. We do not publish standard volume-based prices for this service.
