Weekly cleaning and chemistry start at $180/month for Full, $350/month for Premium and $580/month for Lux, plus applicable property adjustments. Basic chemistry-only care is $85/month, scheduled every two weeks. Premium includes two filter cleanings and up to four salt-cell cleanings per service year when inspection or manufacturer guidance shows cleaning is needed.

Manual Vacuuming When Needed
Manual vacuuming when BlueLux determines conditions require it; not performed every visit or on a fixed cadence. Recurring floor-cleaning demand may require an effective automatic cleaner or a Property Scope Adjustment.
Basket & Filter Check
Skimmer and pump basket emptying, filter pressure check.
Service & Equipment
Equipment Inspection
Visual and operational check of pumps, filters, heaters, and automation. Issues are flagged in your service report before they become emergencies.
Chemical Testing & Balancing
pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and stabilizer tested every visit. Routine chemicals are included on Premium and Lux.
System Monitoring
Pressure readings, salt levels, and equipment timers reviewed each week so small drifts are caught before they cost you.
Preventive Adjustments
Minor in-route tweaks (timers, valves, jets) are included. Larger repairs are quoted before any work is done.
